Course Description
This is an advanced course designed to provide the seafarer at the management level with non-technical skills in human factors to control the operation of the ship and care for the people on board more effectively. The course meets the requirements of STCW 2010 Manila Amendments and Transport Canada TP 15337E.

Learner Outcomes
Students must have a certificate of competency at least at the officer level (Nautical, Engineering or Electro-tech) and at least 6 months of sea service after acquiring a certificate of competency at the officer level.
